Where do my donations go?
How often do you open your mailbox to find letters, mailings and newsletters from various charities, detailing their causes and asking for your financial support?

With so many worthy causes, it can be difficult to decide where your donations are best spent. Often, it is just as difficult to know where your donation actually goes once it is given.

All donations made to Central Wyoming Hospice Program remain in the community and go directly toward two equally worthy funds. Our general fund supplements the money received from Medicare, Medicaid and various insurances. The donations are used to pay the program’s general operating expenses. Thanks to donations to the general fund, CWHP never turns anyone away for inability to pay.

The building fund began in 2006. Donations made to the building fund go directly to the expansion of the CWHP campus. The expansion will include a new 10-bed inpatient facility to better meet the needs of the growing community for inpatient hospice care.

You will receive an acknowledgment of your gift, along with appropriate tax information. If you donate in memory of a loved one, their family will be notified of your generosity.

Regardless of how you choose to give to CWHP, know that your donation will remain in the community, and will be used prudently, respectfully and in accordance with your wishes.
