At Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions, we provide people in the community with access to a wide-variety of resources regarding planning for and progressing through the end-of-life. The Resource Library in our office has many books available for check out. You can come by Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and staff members are also available to answer any specific questions you might have.
